About me:

I am currently trained in level I of the IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy model, and deepening continually with trainings and courses (especially IFS and other modalities that address trauma and introspection from a compassionate, somatic, relational and experiential approach).

Since I was little I have been passionate about everything that can help us understand ourselves better, to embrace and unlock the obstacles that come our way, and thus reconnect with ourselves, with those around us and with the planet. I believe that the work that we can do within ourselves is essential to whatever we are doing outside.

Along the way I have learned a lot from Mindfulness practices and Zen Buddhism, especially from the tradition of Plum Village (Thich Nhat Hahn), where I lived between 2015 and 2019. There I discovered IFS as a very useful framework to navigate the complex internal world with care, respect and trust.

Since then I continue to deepen with my own IFS therapy process with weekly sessions, and doing different courses and therapies depending on what is presented to me in the process.

I believe that training is continuous and never ends, and my vision today is to be able to accompany people who are in their own process, holding the space with my experience and with my presence, but mainly trusting and learning together to listen to the inner wisdom of the person, who knows what's the next step on their path.
